I’m a global wine business leader with an MBA and wine expert accreditations, a keynote speaker and an award-winning songwriter. My journey is defined by courage, conviction, and trust in my intuition. There have been times that demanded everything of me, bold life choices and globe-trotting leaps, and through it all runs a thread of transformation, creative thought, soulful expression… and a love of fine wine.

As a wine business leader with a dynamic career spanning three decades of global wine experience across private and public companies, I’ve held C-suite roles, led global wine brands, driven strategic planning and market expansion, advised founders and investors, taken a start-up to become an acclaimed wine estate with multiple Wine Spectator Top 100 recognitions. I've also conceived, created, and commercialized two world-first wine concepts. I'm known for strategic clarity, commercial judgment, and trusted relationships. I am Principal, Strategy at Activequity, a specialist firm in the premium wine sector.

As a keynote speaker, I’m recognized for revealing life and leadership insights through the lens of wine. I also offer keynotes with curated wine tastings for leadership retreats, and alumni and business wine clubs.

I created “Wine, Whisper & Song,” an experience where powerful storytelling and award-winning songs are paired with extraordinary wines.

In recent years, I’ve written many songs and become an award-winning lyricist.

I live in Topanga Canyon, Southern California.
